Playing the new Nintendo Switch version has been the most my kids and I have laughed while gaming since Untitled Goose Game. That's the best way to play, but you can do it solo, too. The newest WarioWare game is a little different than those: It's made to be two-player co-op experience. WarioWare also turned up on the Nintendo DS, Wii U and most recently the 3DS. The super-fast and completely random minigames captured the spirit of Nintendo's original Game & Watch games. I have been a huge WarioWare fan since its first game on the Game Boy Advance. Games like Nintendo's new WarioWare: Get It Together bring that wonderful weirdness right back to the forefront. It's easy to normalize the Switch's unique qualities. The byzantine rules about accounts and game saves. Remember that? The detachable controllers, the way it can dock with a TV or be on its own. Two-player WarioWare is as good as I hoped.
